Junior HR Process Specialist (with Dutch)

Your role

You will serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Additionally, you will manage HR systems and data, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to projects that enhance the overall employee experience.

Your tasks

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits

• Maintain and update employee records and HR reports

• Manage HR systems and assist with administrative tasks

• Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed

Your profile

• Fluency in Dutch (min B2) and good command of English (min B2)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer service orientation and proactive attitude

• Interest in HR and willingness to grow in this area
