HR Process Expert – AI‑First Design
Your responsibilities:
Design and continuously improve end‑to‑end HR processes and employee journeys with strong emphasis on AI‑enabled simplicity and employee/manager experience.
Identify, design, and embed AI, GenAI, and automation solutions across HR processes to eliminate manual steps and increase efficiency.
Develop simplified future‑state HR process maps and documentation, based on user feedback and experience insights.
Work as a connector across HR Operations, HR Systems/IT, and HRBPs to align process design with system capabilities and service delivery.
Analyze employee, manager, and HR stakeholder insights to define improvement opportunities and propose data‑based changes.
Identify and implement low‑code / no‑code solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot 365) and support HR in adopting AI‑driven workflows.
Maintain structured feedback loops supporting continuous improvement across HR systems and HR service delivery.
Support HRBPs by reducing operational workload, improving process clarity, and enabling smoother handovers.
Track process improvements, time savings, efficiency gains, and experience‑related benefits.
Participate in cross‑functional meetings ensuring alignment of strategy, systems, and experience design.

Our requirements:
Higher education (HR, business, digital transformation, engineering or related field).
3–5 years of experience in HR process improvement, HR operations, digital transformation, or similar areas.
Ability to design and analyze end‑to‑end HR processes with an experience‑led, user‑centric approach.
Experience in simplifying complex workflows and translating them into intuitive, efficient processes.
Hands‑on experience with AI/GenAI tools and low‑code/no‑code automation platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot 365).
Working knowledge of Power BI (ability to interpret dashboards, basic reporting, identifying trends).
Understanding of HR processes, HRBP operating model, and employee lifecycle.
Experience working with HR Operations and HR Systems/IT teams.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to estimate impact (time savings, effort, efficiency, experience).
Excellent English (B2+).
