YOUR ROLE

As a Procurement Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end‑to‑end transformation initiatives within the Source to Pay area. You will work on complex consulting projects for both external clients and internal Capgemini engagements, combining process expertise, technology know‑how, and strong stakeholder management skills.

This role offers the opportunity to lead workstreams, influence client decisions, mentor team members, and actively contribute to the development of Capgemini’s transformation assets and methodologies.


YOUR TASKS

  • Driving process and technology transformation projects that help organizations revolutionize their Source to Pay operations.

  • Collaborating with clients to design target operating models, assess process maturity, and implement innovative solutions that deliver real business value.

  • Participating or leading initiatives that include target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, eProcurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, intelligent automation implementation, training delivery, change management and similar.

  • Delivering high-quality project outcomes, from identifying process challenges to developing compelling business cases for change.

  • Supporting both external clients and internal Capgemini Business Services teams on their transformation journeys.

  • Taking ownership of project streams and deliverables, demonstrating your ability to work independently while producing exceptional results.

  • Sharing your expertise through engaging presentations that build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

  • Contributing to business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping develop our transformation assets and methodologies.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience with strong end‑to‑end process knowledge within the Source to Pay area with transformation and improvement processes.

  • Experience in process design, target operating model design, and preparation of detailed process documentation.

  • Solid understanding of GBS / SSC / BPO environments.

  • Hands‑on experience in process modelling using tools such as Visio, Business Optix, or similar (BPMN knowledge is a plus).

  • Experience working in client‑facing roles, including workshops, presentations, and training sessions.

  • Knowledge of at least one eProcurement platform (e.g. Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Very good command of MS Office tools.

  • Fluent English – minimum C1 level (CEFR), both written and spoken.

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum), preferably in a relevant field.
