Together, these two layers cover all end-to-end functionalities in our business.
The DBB Standing Organization (SO) is the team responsible for supporting our Operating Companies in their day‑to‑day activities after the DBB solution has gone live.
The DBB Process Consultant MtC is part of the cross-functional business support organization within Market to Cash stream responsible for safeguarding of the DBB template and ways of working. This includes assessing and retrofitting template changes into existing processes. The role provides functional and process-related support to DBB key users, ensuring consistent and correct application of the DBB template within the MtC scope. The consultant actively drives conformance to the template ways of working while identifying and implementing continuous improvements.
Your responsibilities would include:
defining, maintaining, and governing the global process template
validating process designs and ensuring conformance/alignment with standard processes
translating process standards into solutions across S4Hana and business platforms
proposing redesigns of existing processes and designing new processes/advanced functionalities based on improvement opportunities and stakeholder input
creating and updating procedures and manuals for S4Hana and business platforms that detail processes and serve as a basis for work execution
facilitating process change requests and temporary derogations
analysing the impact of requested functional changes and advising stakeholders
introducing and rolling out new functionalities (retrofit template changes to live affiliates) and assessing business implications
guiding affiliates to follow standard processes and supporting UAT coordination
evaluating the impact of new capabilities on the current global template
collaborating with Functions and Reference Groups (selected affiliates) to assess improvement potential
proposing, implementing, and monitoring measurable KPIs; driving continuous improvement initiatives based on KPI results
supporting effective change management to ensure adoption of process and capability changes, including engaging stakeholders, creating awareness and urgency, incorporating change management activities into program plans, and addressing cultural sensitivities.
You are a good candidate if you:
bring 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a complex international environment and/or the FMCG industry
have experience in business process design and modelling techniques and tools
communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders
demonstrate strong consultancy skills and show critical thinking when required
possess deep expertise in either of the three disciplines:
- sales, including customer master data management, customer segmentation (global & local), commercial assets management, and understanding of order management processes
- logistics, including sales order management, handling of sales orders (allocation, picking, loading), transport management, delivery to customer, unloading at the warehouse, route settlement, and returnable product management
- finance operations, including pricing & discounts maintenance, billing, credit risk management, collections & disputes, and bank statement processing
