Customer Service Specialist with German (m/f/d)

That’s exactly what you’ll do here. As a Customer Service Agent with German (m/f/d), you’ll be the person customers count on — the one who listens, helps, and solves. Your responsibilities:
Supporting customer through different channels
Analysing and solving customer’s queries
Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
Making changes to the system
Forwarding faults or calls to other departments
Our requirements:
German at min. C1 level
Customer oriented attitude
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to work in two shifts between 8am and 10pm, Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, 40 hours per week
