💰 5300–6000 PLN gross/month (33.3 PLN gross/hour. The role is based on an equivalent working time system.)

What you’ll do:
Support customers via phone and email in Italian and English
Help resolve technical, administrative, and order-related issues
Build positive customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Update customer records and document interactions
Promote suitable products and services when needed
Work closely with Team Leaders and internal teams
What we expect:
Italian at B2/C1 level
English at B1/B2 level
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Basic IT knowledge (Windows/macOS/troubleshooting)
Motivation to learn and develop professionally
Nice to have:
Previous customer service experience
Interest in tech and online communication
