About Us

We’re a fast-growing SaaS company. Our platform – Center AI – helps businesses with many physical locations (stores, branches, service points) increase visibility and reputation, drive more in-store visits, and improve customer experience through data.

We’re trusted by brands like Decathlon, T-Mobile, Carrefour, New Balance, TUI, and McDonald’s.

Our client base is primarily in Poland for now – but we’re preparing to scale internationally, and we’re looking for someone ready to lead that charge.


Your Role

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional who understands what it takes to close deals in international B2B markets.
Someone who:

  • Can identify and qualify promising leads and partners abroad

  • Takes full ownership of the sales cycle – from outreach to contract

  • Brings know-how, network, and structure to our international expansion

  • Will help us land our first key international clients – and turn that into a repeatable sales engine


Your Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and partners across key international markets (Western Europe, UK, US)

  • Independently manage the sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, closing

  • Build and grow a healthy pipeline through outbound, referrals, and networking

  • Tailor our messaging and pitches to regional audiences and enterprise personas

  • Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and sales enablement

  • Identify and develop channel partnerships (agencies, CRM or loyalty platforms, resellers)

  • Represent Center AI at international events (e.g. Shoptalk, DMEXCO, NRF)

  • Help shape our go-to-market strategy for each region


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS / martech)

  • Experience selling in international markets – especially Western Europe or North America

  • Proven success in full-cycle sales to enterprise clients (CMO, Head of Retail, etc.)

  • Ability to sell value, not just features – consultative and strategic approach

  • Understanding of concepts like omnichannel, CX, reputation management, local marketing, SEO

  • Ideally, experience with multi-location retail, hospitality, fitness, or service networks

  • Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken

  • Self-starter mindset, ready to take ownership and execute independently
