The overall objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer support. The team is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills who will provide resolutions and support to the Corporate client segment across Czech/Slovakia.
What you will do
Ensure customer inquiries are responded in an efficient and timely manner via phone and email, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
Develop and maintain client portfolio through regular interactions
Effectively liaise with other local and cross border internal teams and departments
Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
Proactively inform clients about problems (system failures, market issues) and provide regular resolution updates
Serve as the first-line point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
What we will need from you
2 years of relevant service or banking experience is an advantage
University degree preferred
Fluent English and native Czech/Slovakian language knowledge
Computer proficiency - strong IT skills (Windows, MS office knowledge)
High level of client service orientation, creativity, initiative and flexibility
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
