Team/Role Overview:

The Total Rewards Systems Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role where the Incumbent applies an in-depth disciplinary knowledge to support existing applications, new requirements and process improvement for the areas of Compensation, Deferred Compensation or Rewards and Recognition programs.


The position requires good analytical and technical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are also required.


What you'll do:

  • Supports businesses with identifying potential solutions to make a process more efficient and apply possible technology solutions to achieve straight through processing
  • Liaises with technology partners where needed to implement changes and control implementations
  • Conducts in-depth evaluation of Compensation & Deferred Compensations business processes, system processes and industry standards.
  • Manages medium size/moderately complex IT projects.
  • Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  • Interfaces with project staff and clients regarding status of projects.
  • Identifies/implements process improvements.
  • Ensures essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards and processes.
  • Applies comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate within IT project leadership to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Manages system user acceptance testing to ensure expected outcomes with functionality
  • Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made.


What we'll need from you:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Sound understanding of IT project leadership concepts and principles, as well as basic knowledge of concepts and principles in other technology areas.
  • Experience writing business requirements and managing projects
  • HR systems experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of applications such as JIRA or Workday would be a great advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with SharePoint or Access would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects with stakeholders from different product areas
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Effective communication, facilitation, diplomacy and influencing skills, both oral and written; Ability to clearly exchange complex information.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Fluent English (min. B2 level)


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree
