Hey!


We’re looking for a B2B Sales Support Specialist to work closely with Simon (co-founder) and help us build and maintain meaningful relationships with a carefully selected group of brands and partners. This role supports our founders directly by owning the operational and research side of our sales activities — staying close to target accounts, understanding stakeholders, spotting relevant signals, and supporting thoughtful, well-timed engagement.


This is not a closing role and not about high-volume outreach. Instead, it plays a critical role in helping us stay present in the market, nurture the right relationships over time, and turn the right companies into high-quality sales conversations when the timing is right.

We explicitly don’t believe in high-volume outbound or generic sales sequences. We don’t want to contact thousands of people with automated 3–4 step email cadences. Instead, we focus on engaging a small, carefully selected group of people and being genuinely valuable to them.


To do this consistently, we need someone who can help us keep this daily “market radar” on — supporting the founder in sales-related activities, staying close to our target accounts, and making sure no important signal or relationship is missed.

What you'll be doing

  • Enriching and maintaining prospect data (company revenue, team composition, current tech stack).

  • Prospecting and lead generation – conduct research, make the first contact (Linkedin, emails) to target personas (eCommerce managers, CMOs, CTOs) across premium brands (fashion, beauty, sport).

  • Qualifying leads based on company stage, revenue, and fit with our ideal customer profile.

  • Close collaboration with Simon (co-founder) – assist in day-to-day sales activities.

  • Supporting ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives.

  • Manage data in the CRM system – update information, maintain, and organise the sales pipeline.


What we're looking for

Core: We’re hiring for the attitude, not CV.

  • High level of ownership and proactivity. You take responsibility, spot what needs to be done, and move things forward in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong copywriting skills for sales communication.

  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and Notion.

  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced launch environment.

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) is a bonus.

  • Genuine interest in premium brands/eCommerce is also, a bonus.

How our hiring process looks like?

  1. Application → We care more about what you’ve done and the results you’ve achieved than a polished CV. Send us a short message/video describing your experience, impact, and why you think you’d be a good fit for Commerce-UI, along with your CV and any relevant links or portfolio

  2. Discovery call → this is short (45 minutes) mutual check-in with Agata (HR Manager) - we want to understand your expectations and share ours. We will talk in Polish, and English.

  3. Homework → 3 small tasks checking your research, thinking, taste and communication.

  4. Presentation call → 1h call with Simon to get through the homework (15 min), and get to know each other better.

  5. Offer → if it’s a match, we’ll schedule a short call (20-30 minutes) to go over the details and next steps. If we don’t move forward we’ll do our best to give you thoughtful feedback.
