Customer technical support specialist with Chinese

Job description:

• Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls)
• Establishing and maintaining customer relations
• Ongoing reporting in the systems

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Chinese (C1) and English (B2)
• Availability to work in the office in Lublin (Czechów district)
• Skills in operating Windows and MS Office
• Openness in relations with customers
• Communication skills and an attitude to working with people
• High personal culture and customer orientation
