Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM data accuracy.

• Remove obstacles and support the team in tackling sales challenges.

• Analyze trends to develop strategic sales practices.

• Stay updated on market trends and client products.

• Manage escalations and maintain strong client relationships.

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to maximize revenue.

• Align team efforts to meet sales and client performance targets.

• Partner with internal and external resources for team training and development.

• Foster strong business relationships to meet customer expectations.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a sales leadership role.

• Proven success in customer experience and team results.

• Knowledge of Polish (level C1) and English (level B2) is essential.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

• Experience in high-volume sales environments.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
