Trainer with Polish

The Trainer is responsible for delivering client focused training to address the new hire, product update and recursive training requirement of Concentrix in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation with best in class service and delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day functional direction of agents within the program training classroom environment, including student progress monitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback and readiness recommendations  

• Engage participants with creative training techniques and hands-on activities.

• Transition trainees smoothly into their roles and ensure they meet competency standards.

• Stay updated on products by participating in calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to develop diverse training materials.

• Continuously enhance training programs through feedback and evaluation.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a similar position preferably in BPO/CC industry.

• Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2/C1).

• Expertise in training methodologies and strong soft skills.

• Exceptional communication skills - you feel comfortable speaking to large groups of people.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.

• A detail-oriented professional who builds strong relationships.
