Customer Advisor – Fashion – Slovak

🎯 Your responsibilities:

• Customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat

• Providing information about products, orders, and deliveries in the fashion and e-commerce industry

• Handling complaints and requests in accordance with procedures

• Cooperating with the support team and technical department

• Entering and updating data in CRM systems

✅ Our requirements:

• Proficiency in Slovak at C1 level or higher

• Knowledge of English or Polish at a communicative level

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm: openness to working with customers and willingness to learn

• Good diction and verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility and availability: readiness to work from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM. You can adjust your working hours flexibly to your plans and needs – minimum availability of 140 hours per month is required

• Interest in fashion and trends: knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to advise customers on styling

• Ability to work in a team

• Ability to efficiently use a computer and quickly learn new systems
