Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution and optimization of CRM campaigns;
- Users' segmenting;
- Creating content and sending communication related to CRM campaigns;
- Managing sites’ content;
- Establishing automations and customers' journeys in CRM campaigns;
- Creating reports and analyses of executed campaigns;
- Executing the other CRM related tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in CRM;
- Fluency in spoken and written English (min. B2);
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package (in particular MS Excel);
- Good analytical skills;
- Creative and logical thinking skills;
- Availability to work weekends;
- Knowledge of igaming will be an asset.
