Enterprise Account Executive

Position Overview You are not a "box seller." You are a Business Partner and consultant. You understand ROI inside out. If a client spends 50k on marketing, your job is to show how CUX prevents that budget from burning up in user frustration. You will lead complex Enterprise sales cycles (contracts €15k–€30k+) and be perceived as an expert, not just a vendor.
What You'll Do
Value-Driven Selling: You focus strictly on ROI and business impact. You navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees with ease.
Workshops over Slides: You don't do boring presentations. You run live workshops on the client's "living organism," diagnosing problems in real-time.
C-Level Translation: You translate analytical data into the language of business benefits (conversion lifts, CAC reduction) for C-level executives.
Strategic Growth: You lead the full sales cycle, from qualification to closing, acting as a trusted advisor to our biggest accounts.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have a proven track record of closing €15k+ B2B SaaS/MarTech deals.
Are a natural consultant who can handle "I don't know" moments with expert grace.
Have deep business acumen (e-commerce, CRO, digital marketing).
Are highly autonomous and driven by results, not just activities.
Communicate persuasively in both Polish & English.
