Then we welcome you to unleash your creative freedom in this remote-first role as Brand & Social Media Specialist!
You’ll be given great independence to help us build brand trust and product credibility for our AI website builder _Now on the competitive US market. You’ll create, edit and publish content primarily on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, with a key focus on video content. In addition, you’ll contribute to broader brand marketing campaigns and support in copywriting for email, ad, and content marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Run the content calendar for our social media handles (primarily YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), sync regularly with our blog and social media contributors
- Create, edit, and publish content in our social media channels to raise user engagement and attract new followers
- Stay on top of social media trends in the US, especially as they relate to website building and general marketing for small businesses, and translate that to relevant content for our own social accounts
- Record, edit, and publish video content - including being on camera yourself (we’ve got a professional video studio in Wrocław)
- Copywriting for email and ad campaigns - including supporting the creation and evaluation of email campaigns
- Proactively collaborate with the _Now product team and closely sync with the broader marketing team
- Initiate, execute and support various brand campaigns to create awareness and interest in _Now, including but not limited to podcast appearances, guest post publications and marketing partnerships
- Stay up-to-date as product expert of _Now, to always provide our key audience with maximum value and engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with US or international B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS
- C1-2 level English speaker and copywriter
- Independently lead social media & video content strategy
- Basic video/photo camera equipment knowledge
- Experience in using software for video editing, graphic design, photo editing, and basic video effects respectively, for example:
- DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro (editing), CapCut (shorts/captions), Adobe After Effects (additional effects), Figma / Photoshop (thumbnails & graphics)
- Ability to occasionally travel to our Wrocław office for video recording
Nice to Have
- Knowledge about YouTube SEO and how to create video content to attract organic search traffic
- Experience with website building or marketing website builders
- Experience in building brand awareness and engagement for a new product or market from scratch
- Native or bi-lingual Polish language fluency
