We are now strengthening our Sales Department and are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, as well as developing new business opportunities within the French and Benelux markets.

Responsibilities:
Managing and developing relationships with key accounts by serving as their primary point of contact, taking full ownership of the sales process.
Driving business development both within existing accounts (cross-sell, up-sell) and by acquiring new clients.
Understanding client needs, advising on the most suitable IT service models (body leasing, team leasing, success fee, project-based solutions), and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
Collaborating closely with operational teams in France, Poland, and Morocco to guarantee smooth project execution and optimal service quality.
Working with Technical Experts to prepare proposals, refine technical solutions, and support clients in their decision-making processes.
Monitoring the market and client portfolios to identify new opportunities that support long-term account growth.
Preparing reports, analyzing performance indicators, and ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT services sales.
Experience in IT outsourcing / body leasing / team leasing is highly welcomed.
Solid understanding of the IT industry, technical roles, and current market trends.
Excellent command of French (C1) and English (C1) —mandatory.
Strong negotiation and communication skills in an international environment.
Proactive mindset, self-driven attitude, and strong business orientation.
Availability for monthly business trips to France.
