Business Analyst

• Remuneration: up to 3000 PLN net per day / B2B

Responsibilities:

• Conducting interviews and data analysis to gather and document business requirements

• Translating business needs into functional specifications and process maps

• Collaborating with other company departments to ensure smooth project delivery

• Process mapping, analysis of the current and target state

• Supporting the design of business and system solutions in line with strategic objectives

• Leading stakeholder meetings and managing communication between teams

• Participating in test planning, executing UAT, preparing training materials, and supporting implementation

• Monitoring risks, issues, and project progress, and providing reports

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management

• Experience in business process optimization, shared services, or transformation projects

• Proficiency with tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication skills
