General Ledger Manager ✨
General Ledger Manager manages a team of General Ledger specialists and is responsible for ensuring the correct recording of transactions in the accounting books and accurate reflection of the company's accounting processes. This position plays a key role in preparing and submitting appropriate accounting information in accordance with the company's accounting policy (based on IFRS), national legal regulations, and other applicable requirements. Additionally, the role involves maintaining reliable accounting documentation while ensuring compliance with both international and local standards.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours), hybrid 3+2 model
Required English level: B2/C1
Salary: PLN 20,000 – 23,000 gross
Key Responsibilities
Supervising and leading team members, providing coaching, feedback, and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
Preparing journal entries, recurring and allocation entries, and gathering appropriate supporting documentation.
Collaborating with other departments and the business control department to maintain accurate records and provide accounting support.
Ensuring the accuracy of financial information in line with the company's accounting principles (based on IFRS) and local GAAP rules.
Submitting accurate and timely financial information for group reporting purposes (in OneStream).
Performing ongoing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
Reconciling intercompany balances and resolving differences.
Conducting account analysis to ensure the correctness of journal entries and balances.
Providing relevant information to external and internal auditors.
Leading and continuously improving the accounting process to enhance quality and efficiency.
Establishing and maintaining work instructions.
Requirements
Professional experience: Over 7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Good knowledge of IFRS and local accounting principles.
Experience in journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations.
Knowledge of financial reporting tools (e.g. OneStream).
Ability to lead, support, and develop team members.
Strong skills in providing feedback and performance management.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
Familiarity with financial consolidation/reporting tools (e.g. OneStream).
