Sales Lead (Cyclad Travel)

We’re currently expanding our team responsible for Cyclad Travel Division, and we’re seeking Sales Lead who will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term market expansion. This role leads and develops the sales organization, sets clear targets and performance metrics, and ensures consistent forecasting and pipeline discipline. You will work with Marketing, Product, and Finance to identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and represent sales in company planning, budgeting, and external engagements.
The role requires strong travel business background, leadership, commercial acumen, and experience scaling B2B sales across multiple markets.

Project scope:
Own and develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and business needs
Lead, and manage the sales objectives to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Set sales objectives, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor performance and optimize the results
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships, where the company can grow
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership
Establish revenue stability and forecasting accuracy by implementing structured pipeline management practices
Represent sales within business planning and budgeting cycles
Represent the Company in various events
Competence demands:
Substantial leadership experience spanning Sales and Marketing in Travel domain (Airlines/TMCs/ Corporations) - B2B environment
Previous experience in sales team leadership and sales operations
Skilled in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue management
Experience in scaling sales organizations and entering new markets
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
International or multi-region sales leadership experience
Fluent in English - other languages as plus
