AI Lead Generation Specialist (IT Services & Software)
We are building a structured, scalable B2B customer acquisition system. We are looking for a person who will take ownership of its development — from designing outbound activities, through automation, to having a real impact on the quality and pace of pipeline growth.
This role combines operational skills, analytical thinking, and the effective use of modern B2B sales tools. It includes both campaign creation and execution, as well as continuous data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities:
developing and scaling lead generation processes,
planning and executing outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, other channels),
selecting and integrating tools supporting prospecting, data enrichment, and automation,
identifying and analyzing markets and target groups (primarily international),
building and managing the sales pipeline in collaboration with the sales team,
monitoring performance and continuously optimizing activities based on data.
Requirements:
minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Ops / Marketing Ops / Lead Generation in B2B (IT sector),
proven track record of achieving measurable results (e.g. pipeline growth, increased lead volume, effective outbound campaigns),
strong knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot or similar,
hands-on use of AI and automation in daily work (e.g. research, prospecting, campaign building, process optimization),
data-driven mindset with a focus on testing and iterative improvement,
very good command of English (min. C1),
independence, consistency, and ability to continuously improve processes.
