Transition Consultant (HR/Finance/Procurement)


We are currently building a specialised project team to lead end-to-end transitions across key functions such as HR, Procurement/Supply Chain and advanced Finance (including Controlling, FP&A, Treasury and Tax). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a global transformation initiative in a flexible associate capacity. We are seeking experienced Transition & Transformation Consultants to lead and support the successful migration of processes into global service delivery models. This will include planning, executing and stabilising transitions in partnership with client teams and key stakeholders.

  • Remuneration: 1300 - 1700 PLN net per day / B2B

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of process transitions (planning, due diligence, execution, stabilisation)

  • Work closely with client stakeholders to define scope, timelines and resourcing

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation and knowledge transfer plans

  • Identify risks, mitigation strategies and ensure business continuity during handovers

  • Drive standardisation and continuous improvement opportunities

  • Support change management and communication planning


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transitions or transformation programmes

  • Poven delivery across one or more of the following:

    - HR processes (e.g. payroll, benefits, employee lifecycle)

    - Procurement/Supply Chain (e.g. sourcing, P2P)

    - Finance (Controlling, FP&A, Tax, Treasury)

  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Experience working in global delivery or Shared Services/GBS environments

  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultural contexts

  • Fluent in English
