Junior Merchant Onboarding Specialist

As a venture builder, it creates, scales and invests in startups in such areas as: Deep Tech, FinTech, InsurTech, Cyber Security and Blockchain, among others. The company offers its startups tech and business support, which facilitates market launch and growth of new companies. Daftcode works with individual startup founders, early-stage projects and existing startups looking for financing rounds or support in commercialization and business scaling.
We are growing our team and looking for a proactive Junior Merchant Onboarding Specialist to join us. This role combines operations with a strong focus on customer experience. You will manage client onboarding, support merchants, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and high service quality. Responsibilities:
Own the client onboarding process from start to finish, including documentation review, account setup, and ongoing maintenance.
Working closely with other teams (e.g., sales, tech, product) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Preparing & adjusting contracts for merchants
Answering the merchant’s inquiriesAssisting in customer support inquiries
What are we looking for:
Fluent in English
Fluent in Polish
Close attention to detail
Team-oriented, cooperative, and committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Problem solver, capable of identifying issues and resolving them quickly and effectively
Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities without constant supervision
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, managing diverse challenges, deadlines, and interactions
Nice to have:
Experience in a similar position
Knowledge of CRM systems
Experience in the AML/KYC area
Knowledge of the crypto environment
