Right now, we are looking for a Culture & Engagement Manager who will drive employee engagement and strengthen people culture at our Bieruń site. You will design and implement initiatives that foster collaboration, communication, and a sense of belonging across all levels of the organization—from the shop floor to leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• develop and coordinate an engagement plan that promotes the DanIWS culture (Integrated Work System) through various initiatives

• plan, design, and execute communication strategies across multiple channels 

• manage the communication structure (SharePoint, Viva) in collaboration with IT and Internal Communication teams to ensure clarity and accessibility

• ensure compliance with Danone’s internal communication standards 

• strengthen Employer Branding through communication activities and brand-building initiatives (job fairs, social media presence), working closely with Talent&Development, Internal Communication, and Danone Planning Centre

Here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

• a few years of experience in internal communication and/or employee engagement – ideally in a manufacturing environment

• confidence in creating and running communication plans that really work – from big events to everyday updates

• great organizational skills – you can juggle multiple projects without losing focus

• a creative mindset and a proactive approach – you don’t wait for ideas, you have initiative and you're not waiting to share them

• strong interpersonal skills – you enjoy working with different teams and building relationships

• Polish and English fluency (spoken and written)

• Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Viva Engage, or similar platforms

Nice to have:

• experience in Employer Branding or event management
