Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:

Project Manager (Funds Change Team)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects impacting Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Pricing, Collateral, and Reconciliation functions

  • Develop project plans aligned with business scope, timelines, resource requirements, and execution priorities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution

  • Monitor project scope and manage scope changes to ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Identify and manage cross-team, functional, and regional dependencies

  • Assess project risks and prepare effective mitigation plans to minimize implementation risks

  • Measure project success not only through delivery timelines, but also through business impact, value realization, and user adoption

  • Drive communication and adoption strategies for process and system changes impacting multiple teams

  • Manage stakeholders at different levels of the organization, ensuring clear alignment on priorities, objectives, and expected outcomes

  • Manage the book of work across different operational functions in line with strategic priorities

  • Lead system development and new business onboarding initiatives across Operations

  • Support testing activities and ensure smooth implementation of technical and process changes

  • Resolve conflicts within project teams or among stakeholders, maintaining a collaborative and professional working environment

  • Influence change across different levels of the organization and promote continuous process improvement

  • Support team management activities, including team meetings, feedback preparation, and maintaining a positive team culture


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or program management within a complex corporate environment, preferably in financial services, banking, asset servicing, or investment fund operations

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects related to investment fund operations, especially within Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Pricing, Collateral, or Reconciliation

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including planning, governance, execution, scope management, risk management, budget tracking, stakeholder communication, and quality control

  • Experience managing multiple projects or testing streams, including timelines, budgets, quality gates, and delivery risks

  • Experience in defining or coordinating test strategy and aligning it with business objectives

  • Experience working with external vendors, offshore teams, or distributed delivery teams

  • Experience leading project teams or cross-functional working groups

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to cooperate effectively with business, operations, technology, vendors, and external partners

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or other relevant project management certification

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
