Junior Credit Risk Analyst

Location: Warsaw, on site/hybrid 4days/office

Contract Type: B2B/UZ 12 months

Salary: up to 50zl/hour (b2b net+vat; UZ gross)

We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join a growing team in Warsaw, supporting global investment fund analysis and credit risk management. This is a hands-on role with on-the-job training and exposure to Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Private Equity, and Pension Funds.

Key Details:

• Start: ASAP

• Language: English only (no Polish required)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Investment Advisors and Fund Managers to source financial performance data

• Update and maintain Net Asset Values, fund performance, and other key financial metrics

• Monitor fund portfolios and support credit risk management decisions

• Collaborate with Credit Teams to identify potential risk areas

• Contribute to process improvements and data accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task and work independently

• Basic accounting or financial analysis knowledge

• Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP; VBA not required)

• Motivated team player with proactive learning attitude

Nice-to-Have: Experience collaborating with Hedge Funds, banks, or other financial institutions
