Workday Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements
• Design, develop, and implement Workday enhancements and projects
• Optimize integrations, workflows, and custom reports
• Coordinate unit and user acceptance testing for new Workday/HRIS features
• Deliver user training and support during deployment and post-implementation phases
• Analyze and enhance existing Workday processes
• Resolve HRIS-related incidents and address priority issues efficiently
• Provide strategic guidance on Workday solutions and contribute to HR technology roadmaps
• Support HR projects and administer HR tools

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years's experience as a Workday Consultant, with 2 years’ experience with HRIS
• Strong expertise in Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting
• Solid understanding of HR processes
• Project management experience
• Familiarity with IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL)
• Experience with agile change management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA)
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Skilled in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Passionate about learning and personal growth, willing to step outside of your comfort zone
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Availability for occasional business travel
