Your Impact
As our Sales Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind new client acquisition and relationship expansion in our outsourcing and IT solutions business. You'll identify emerging market opportunities, qualify high-potential leads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling solutions that drive business transformation for our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation (50%)
Actively identify and qualify new prospects in targeted markets (PL, EU and US)
Research potential clients in telecommunications, insurance, fintech, and enterprise sectors
Develop and execute outreach strategies through multiple channels
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
Conduct discovery calls and needs assessment with prospects
Client Relationship Management (40%)
Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through our solution offerings
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project kickoffs and client satisfaction
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Provide market insights and client feedback to product and delivery teams
Support account expansion and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
Market & Competitive Intelligence (10%)
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
Prepare market analysis and opportunity reports
Stay current with technology trends in process automation, cloud solutions, and enterprise software
Support the team with strategic research and business development data
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
Fluent English communication - both written and verbal (C1)
Proven experience in B2B enterprise software or IT services sales
Strong ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Highly Valued
Experience selling IT consulting, software development, or automation services
Knowledge of process automation (BPM, RPA), cloud solutions, or enterprise software
Background in telecommunications or insurance industries
Experience with international business development
Familiarity with SaaS or managed services business models
Track record of exceeding sales targets
