Join us as a Sales Development Lead 😎

Your responsibilities:

➡ Real impact on our outbound GTM strategy and pipeline generation;

➡ Recruit, onboard and develop the SDR team (PL / EMEA, with US expansion in later stages);

➡ Design and implement the end-to-end SDR process (ICP → messaging → outreach → qualification → handoff);

➡ Define and enforce clear standards for: activity levels, quality of outreach, reporting and hygiene;

➡ Own daily execution of the process: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, call and message reviews;

➡ Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel/Partnership teams;

➡ Optimize outbound strategies for enterprise and compliance-driven buyers;

➡ Drive decisions based on data: conversion rates, pipeline coverage, SDR → Sales SLA;

➡ Take full ownership of lead quality, not just lead volume.

Our requirements (must have):

➡ Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS (SDR / Sales roles);

➡ At least 2 years as an SDR Manager or Team Lead;

➡ English level C1 or higher (spoken and written);

➡ Proven experience in recruiting and scaling SDR teams;

➡ Hands-on experience building outbound from scratch (not only inheriting an existing process);

➡ Strong CRM expertise (ex. HubSpot);

➡ Strong process and data-driven mindset;

➡ Maturity in enforcing standards and accountability.

Nice to have:

➡ Knowledge of German;

➡ Experience in security, compliance, or DevOps environments;

➡ Experience working with partners / channel sales motion;

➡ Experience scaling SDR teams in the US market;

➡ Sales certifications (MEDDICC, Sandler, or similar).

Our Offer

Position: Sales Development Lead

Type of contract: UoP/B2B

Salary:

➡ UoP: 14 000 - 17 000 PLN gross + bonus

➡ B2B: 100 - 122 PLN/h net + VAT + bonus

Working time: Full-time

Core hours: 9:00-15:00

Working mode: onsite

Headquarters: Gorzów Wielkopolski
