Head of SSC

We are looking for an experienced, strong leader of structured teams, who will take over a position of Head of SSC in Poznań.

Salary ranges provided are based on the Devire Salary Report and may vary depending on the employer's budget.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field

• Experience in Shared Services / GBS with end-to-end process responsibility

• Experience in senior leadership of a structured GBS/SSC/BPO environments

• International experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting and Corporate Finance

• Hands-on experience with SAP (R/3, S/4HANA)

• Fluent English language skills

• Strong technology mindset, including AI and digital solutions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all management levels

• Hands-on, approachable leader with strong people and change management skills

• Solid project management experience and up-to-date knowledge of GBS/SSC/BPO trends

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership of the Center, ensuring business continuity, compliance, and alignment with the company's strategy

• Define and execute strategic goals in line with the strategy

• Lead, motivate, and develop a growing organization and directly manage the local leadership team

• Ensure SLA alignment, service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with internal and industry benchmarks

• Own budget planning, forecasting, and SLA cost calculations

• Build a strong performance culture driven by modern KPIs

• Drive standardization, harmonization, digitalization, and AI-enabled process improvements across the organization

• Coach leaders and employees on management, finance, and people development topics

• Foster change management and continuous improvement mindset

• Represent the Center internally within the Group and externally
