Key Account Manager Ukraine

Your future company

On behalf of our client – a leading Polish manufacturer of waterproofing materials – we are looking for a Key Account Manager: a proactive and motivated individual who will be responsible for active sales and relationship building with business partners in Ukraine.

***Knowledge of bituminous membranes is required***

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or related industry
• Strong knowledge of the Ukrainian market – an existing network of contacts is a plus
• Fluency in Ukrainian (a must)
• Communicative level of English
• Willingness to travel frequently within Ukraine
• Self-reliance, determination, and a strong focus on achieving results

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of B2B clients (construction wholesalers, material suppliers, contractors) in the Ukrainian market
• Building long-term business relationships based on trust and partnership
• Presenting company products and offering technical advice tailored to client needs
• Close cooperation with the export and logistics teams in Poland
• Market analysis, monitoring of competitor activities, and preparation of sales reports
• Participation in industry trade fairs and events promoting the brand in Ukraine
