Reward (Compensation & Benefits) Consultant

Your future company

For our client - a US-based consulting firm that is part of an organization that is a global leader in risk, strategy and people - we are seeking candidates for the position of Reward Specialist.

In this role, you will provide consulting services to a range of clients on Benefits & Compensation topics. You will act as an advisor on Benefits & Compensation policies, creating pay scales, preparing market benchmarks or developing a selection of benefits that will attract and retain their employees.

The role is tentatively planned for 12 months, but with the potential to be extended permanently.

Requirements

• Knowledge in HR and specialized knowledge within the field of rewards and job structures 
• Preferably at least 4 years of experience within the consultancy field and/or experience from a reward function in a larger company (e.g. as an HRBP or HR Manager for European countries) 
• Detail orientated with a high personal ambition to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams across Europe in addition to our central team in Warsaw
• Project management experience and business development experience is considered a plus
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Participate in client Benefits & Compensation projects and provide consulting on international reward structures & principles
• Provide reward and broader HR support (incl. analysis, client deliverables)
• Explore and execute business growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain client relationship

The offer

• employment contract (initially for 12 months)

• working hours: 9am-5pm
