Transport Process Lead

Requirements

• Min. 6 years experience in transport planning and coordinating daily operations
• Experience in implementation of carriers
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Familiarity with transport management systems and data analysis tools (f.e. Power BI)
• Experience in process improvement
• Advanced English (at minimum B2 level)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage transport systems - oversee data integrity and problem resolution
• Plan deliveries and allocate transport resources efficiently
• Handle transport contracts and support negotiations
• Assist in operational analyses preparation and contribute to strategic reviews
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes
• Lead optimization projects to enhance transport operations
• Track KPIs, prepare reports and propose improvements
