1. Leadership and Team Management
- Build, train, and mentor a team of outbound sales representatives.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure targets are met.
2. Outbound Sales Strategy
- Draft and A/B test Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Design and execute outbound sales campaigns with clear goals, reporting, and iterative improvements.
- Identify and test new outbound channels to optimize lead generation efforts.
3. Lead Generation and Qualification
- Oversee lead research and ensure the delivery of high-quality, sales-ready leads.
- Utilize advanced qualification techniques to assess lead potential and prioritize outreach.
4. Pipeline Management
- Track and manage the outbound sales pipeline, ensuring leads are properly nurtured and followed up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound efforts with broader campaigns.
5. Performance Optimization
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response rates, conversion rates, and revenue per lead.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
6. Relationship Building
- Establish strong relationships with prospective clients and nurture them through the sales cycle.

7. Reporting and Analytics
- Provide regular reports on outbound sales performance to leadership.

- Proven experience in B2B sales of services (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing outbound teams.
