As the Outbound Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing a high-performing outbound sales team. Structures are already having a strong foundation as our sales team (5+ members) specializes in Lead Generation. Now, we’re looking for a results-driven Outbound Lead/Manager to expand our presence in the EU/USA markets. You will develop and optimize outbound processes, manage a high-performing team, and generate qualified leads. Working closely with top management and the content team, you will help shape our strategic growth. 


Key Responsibilities 

Outbound Sales Strategy 

  • Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns with clear KPIs. 
  • Identify and test new outbound channels to boost lead generation. 
  • Apply advanced qualification techniques to prioritize high-potential leads. 
  • Build relationships with potential clients and guide them through the sales cycle

 

Pipeline & Performance Optimization 

  • Manage and optimize the outbound sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the content and inbound teams to align strategies. 
  • Track key metrics (response rates, conversion rates, revenue per lead). 
  • Analyze data to refine outbound strategies and improve results. 

 

Leadership & Team Management 

  • Recruit, train, and mentor an outbound sales team
  • Set clear performance expectations and track progress. 

 


We’re Looking For 

  • Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in IT services). 
  • Strong background in outbound sales strategies (ICP development, A/B testing, campaign execution). 
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams. 
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales analytics tools. 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (C1 English required). 
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Valid EU visa and work permit (for non-EU residents).
