As the Outbound Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing a high-performing outbound sales team. Structures are already having a strong foundation as our sales team (5+ members) specializes in Lead Generation. Now, we’re looking for a results-driven Outbound Lead/Manager to expand our presence in the EU/USA markets. You will develop and optimize outbound processes, manage a high-performing team, and generate qualified leads. Working closely with top management and the content team, you will help shape our strategic growth.
