THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
Your main responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for customers, riders, and third parties reporting incidents, property damage, or bodily injury via email, chat, and phone. You will ensure accurate claims intake, assess incident details against Dott’s claims procedures and insurance coverages, and provide clear guidance on documentation, coverage, and next steps, while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. You will also conduct assessment of the claims data and provide insights on claims. This role combines customer support excellence with claims intake, claims analysis and coordination with internal teams and insurers, ensuring claims are handled accurately and consistently, contributing to Dott’s ability to grow and expand.
You are committed to delivering the highest customer satisfaction to customers, third parties and Dott’s insurance partners through clear communication, responsiveness and a professional approach
Collect accurate and complete claim information, ensuring all interactions and documents are properly recorded internally for review
Taking ownership of claims, helping claimants by collecting information, resolving straightforward issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.
Perform initial claim reviews to identify claim type, severity and required documentation supporting effective claim analysis by Dott’s legal and insurance teams.
Being the point of contact on level 2 escalations from insurance partners, third parties and customers and you will act as a support partner to cross-functional team members when necessary
Participating in cross-functional projects to improve customer communication and claims processes ( e.g. macros, FAQs, feedback to insurance partners)
Partnering with other stakeholders, such as Dott’s legal and insurance department, product & tech, operations and public policy department

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a customer or insurance related role, experience as claims analyst (or similar role) is a must
Comfort working with data, spotting patterns, and approaching problems with a practical, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to draw correct conclusions from analysed data (you are able to justify and explain significant differences in trend) and present your findings in a clear manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German is a plus
Great collaboration skills, you've worked well with internal and external stakeholders and are motivated by the idea of working in cross functional teams
Being open to using problem-solving skills
Must be organized, a self-starter, and able to begin and follow through with tasks
Taking ownership is nothing new to you, you know when to take responsibility in assisting, researching, resolving, and de-escalating cases
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across multiple teams and time zones.

SALARY RANGE:
95,000 PLN - 142,000 PLN gross/anually
