DSV Operational Procurement is looking for a new team member to play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, efficiency, and control across our operations. As a Business Controller, you will provide the insights that help us grow, optimize, and innovate.

At Operational Procurement, our mission is to support the business with smart solutions that drive results and exceed expectations. In this role, you will be at the financial heart of our department – overseeing rental operations, product services, and international equipment projects – making sure our decisions are backed by solid analyses and reliable reporting.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing, planning, and executing controlling activities to support day-to-day business operations.

• Turning more complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for managers and stakeholders.

• Supporting month-end closing processes and related reporting activities.

• Preparing and reviewing financial reports and analyses to ensure transparency across teams.

• Supporting strategic projects with ad hoc analyses and financial recommendations.

• Acting as the financial sparring partner between Operational Procurement, DSV Finance, and our operational teams.

What do we ask?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business management.

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in controlling, financial analysis, or accounting

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform numbers into valuable insights.

• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus.

• Min. B2 English language skills and an international mindset.

• A proactive, result-driven personality with a service-minded approach. 

As a person, it is important that you are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and can operate independently. You know how to manage urgent tasks alongside long-term projects, always keeping deadlines in mind. You have strong communication skills, the curiosity to challenge existing processes constructively, and an understanding of different cultures.
