Opis stanowiska

We build innovative digital products for the modern workplace in the Cloud, and we need your help!

Workai is an AI-powered Employee Experience Platform used by enterprises like Żabka, PKO Bank Polski, T-Mobile, Decathlon, and Deutsche Vermögensberatung (DVAG). We help large organizations transform their internal communication, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Customer support and ticket handling:

  • receiving, analyzing, and resolving Customer requests as part of first-line support,

  • coordinating the support process – from ticket registration to cooperation with second-line support,

  • analyzing recurring issues and providing feedback to the product team.

Customer collaboration:

  • maintaining regular contact with Customers – attending meetings, conducting training sessions, and providing product-related support,

  • supporting Customers in their daily use of Workai products and building positive relationships.

Product knowledge and materials:

  • preparing educational materials for Customers (e.g., guides, presentations, and instructions),

  • developing and updating the product knowledge base,

  • cooperating with the product team in analyzing requests and providing feedback regarding the platform,

  • continuously expanding your knowledge of the platform and its features.

Apply if you:

  • enjoy working with people and know how to build strong relationships with Customers,

  • are a great communicator – you listen actively, ask questions, and can clearly explain complex topics,

  • think analytically, pay attention to detail, and can creatively look for solutions,

  • can convey information in a clear and simple way, while making sure the materials you create are well-structured and visually appealing,

  • enjoy teamwork – collaborating with testers, developers, and analysts,

  • have at least a basic understanding of IT field,

  • are proficient in Polish and English, both spoken and written,

  • are looking for a long–term role that allows you to grow professionally,

  • would consider it a plus if you know tools such as JIRA, Canva, Figma, or PowerPoint.

  • a trial period based on a contract of mandate, with the possibility to continue employment under an employment contract or a B2B contract – the choice is yours,

  • on–site work from our office in Białystok, Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00,
