Summary

The role of Senior Business Analyst (BA) Regulatory is focused on managing ESG Pillar III end-to-end reporting development, including data analysis and requirement formulation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements

• Translate business needs into clear, testable functional specifications

• Apply Nordea Requirements Management standards and frameworks

• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions

• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions across teams

• Continuously improve knowledge and share it within the team

Key Requirements:

• Senior level experience in ESG Pillar III reporting development

• Experience in banking/finance

• Ability to navigate cross-functional setups (e.g., business, IT, operations)

• Deep understanding of enterprise-level data flows and reporting chains

• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting

• Ability to analyze complex data logic across layers

• Experience in identifying data issues and proposing solutions

• Ability to perform reverse engineering analysis

• Strong root-cause analysis capabilities

• Critical thinking skills

• Ability to present complex topics in a business-friendly manner
