Finance Controller

As a Finance Controller, you’ll support financial reporting, analysis, audit, and compliance.

You’ll collaborate with finance teams, business partners, and supporting functions to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes and connect financial results to business performance.

Your accountabilities:

• Assist with monthly and quarterly closings, reconciliations, and reporting packages

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP

• Analyze financial performance (e.g., GPM, EBITDA)

• Support statutory audits and group audit

• Aligning accounting processes with global standards

• Drive improvements in financial routines

• Support cross-functional collaboration and communication

What do you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Fluency in English

• Experience in international settings, effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders, including senior-level counterparts

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting/consolidation software is a plus

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
