Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Strategic Market Intelligence Consultant (or Senior Consultant, depending on experience).
In this role, you won’t be stuck producing generic reports. You’ll work on real business challenges of large international companies, helping them navigate uncertainties, choose the right opportunities, and shape their strategy with confidence.
What you’ll do:
Identify knowledge gaps in the client’s understanding of a market.
Design tailor-made research approaches to fill those gaps.
Prepare smart, well-structured discussion guides for expert interviews.
Interview experts and insiders worldwide.
Analyze and synthesize findings.
Turn insights into clear conclusions and easy-to-use PowerPoint reports.
Every project feels like a new story, so getting bored is nearly impossible.
What we want from you
We look for curiosity, sharp thinking, and the ability to talk to people with confidence and respect. More specifically:
At least 1–2 years of experience in consulting, project management, market research, or similar analytical roles.
Fluent English is a must. We communicate only in English, both internally and with clients.
Other languages (German, Italian, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
Strong analytical thinking to interpret facts and connect the dots.
Great communication skills for interviewing experts, asking the right questions, and discussing challenges with clients.
Comfort with PowerPoint & Excel.
Experience with MedTech, construction materials, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
Interest in market trends, learning new topics, and understanding how industries work.
