CHC Strategic Partnerships Manager
Your responsibilities:
Proactively identify emerging technologies, novel ingredients, innovative formats, and healthcare solutions proposed by external Partners, , in order to expand current Portfolio and accelerate the growth for the organization
Infuse with ideas short-, mid- and long-term Innovation pipeline
Conduct early assessments to identify high-potential opportunities vs Company strategic areas for development
Develop trusted relationships with external Partners, Contract Manufacturers, Technology Providers etc.
Design and develop strategic partnership model with proper Partner segmentation and metrics to drive strategic alliance agenda
Act as an role model of Partnership & Innovation Hub, supporting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge flow
Lead internal preparation for partnership discussions with clear goals, expectations, and business rationale
Partner recommendation for project acceptance for realization (for contract signature)
Proposals, evaluations and negotiations of different business models with the Partners, which are in line with the company business strategy, for the optimal time to market, price and payment structure, verification of business case profitability
Lead negotiations and recommend for signature of all legal documents required to be signed with the Partners within the project, e.g. CDA’s, Letters of Intent, Termsheets, Memorandum of Understanding, In-licensing, Distribution, Products Acquisitions, Co-development, Contract Development agreements, contract annexes
Follow the products developments / commercial offers / development capabilities at other pharmaceutical companies, collection of the data / know how within the Company
Represent Polpharma at trade shows and industry conferences
Actively scout new companies, technologies, ingredients, and formats during events and translate market insights into actionable opportunities

Our expectations:
Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Business, or related field
At least 3-5 years of the professional experience in the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry in a similar position
Very good knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical law, intellectual property law, commercial and GMP law, required to negotiate the license / distribution / co-development / contract development agreements
Proven track record of building external partnerships and supporting negotiations
Excellent negotiations skills
Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to navigate emerging technology landscapes
Strong project management and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
Fluency in English (especially in the business / pharmaceutical / legal aspects)
