Opis stanowiska

Position: Office Manager


 Responsibilities:


 Administrative Duties:

  • Document Preparation for Accounting:
  • Closing the financial month.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Transmitting documents to the accounting department.

  

Coordinating HR Operations:

  • Collaborating with external HR services.
  • Coordinating hiring and termination processes.
  • Monitoring attendance records and leave tracking.

 

Business Travel and Office Equipment Procurement:

  • Organizing business travel for employees.
  • Procuring and managing office supplies and equipment, including computers and other office essentials.
  • Coordinating team outings and company events.


Preparation and Coordination of Legal Documents:

  • Drafting contracts and amendments.
  • Liaising with the legal department for document management.
  • Forwarding documents for executive approval and signatures.


 Supporting Sales Department and Financial Operations:

  • Sales Document Preparation:
  • Drafting commercial offers.
  • Creating sales presentations.
  • Preparing sales contracts.


Administrative Support:

  • Resolving day-to-day administrative issues.
  • Assisting the team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Managing the internal document flow and organization.
  • Preparing financial reports for investors.
  • Conducting analyses and summaries of sales activities based on CRM data.

 Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and excellent organizational ability.
  • Knowledge of accounting and HR regulations.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer use and MS Office suite.
