(ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. About the role

We are looking for a Claims Coordinator to join our newly created team that will provide assistance to the insured clients during an active case and cooperate with customers, companies, suppliers to obtain the best possible outcome for the policy terms, standard operating procedures and managers' instructions.

How you will get the job done

• processing incoming and outgoing communications with policyholders and customer personnel related to claims settlement
• verifying policy terms and conditions required for a specific case
• identifying and processing simple claims
• complying with data protection, security and corporate standards
• recording vendor invoices and ensuring payment flow

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in both English and German (C1)
• experience in customer services/finance/insurance area
• strong negotiation and communication skills with a focus on empathic approach, listening skills and attention to details
• knowledge of MS Office tools
• openness and customer needs orientation, with ability to build solid professional relations
