About the role


The Emergency Framework Manager is responsible for implementing the Emergency Management framework at entity level to respond to and manage emergencies in an effective, timely manner.


How you will get the job done


  • overseeing, coordinating, and monitoring the emergency management in the respective locations in scope
  • planning, coordinating and providing training and awareness for Emergency Management Team (EMT) and supporting functions
  • ensuring appointment, definition, and documentation of any roles and responsibilities, as well as providing support by staff involved in emergency management
  • creating and updating the relevant emergency management documents defining operational measures to cope with emergencies
  • supporting the establishment of effective emergency communication plans, systems, and tools
  • planning, coordinating, and executing tests and exercises
  • implementing escalation procedures and plans


Skills and experience you will need


  • fluency in English (min. B2)
  • university degree
  • proven experience in project management and emergency management
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements
