HR Generalist

Be a part of our team in which you will:

• serves as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests

• administers various human resources procedures and assists in the development and implementation of policies, including the employee handbook and other internal procedures

• supports workforce administration processes and data input in the HRIS, such as terminations, transfers, management assignment changes, and updates to personal data

• delivers, and maintains onboarding and offboarding activities, including leading new hire orientation

• track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training

• handle employment-related inquiries from employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff

• analyze HR data regularly, identifying areas for improvement in current processes.

• maintain compliance local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and procedures to maintain compliance

• provide support to the Corporate HR Business Partner team in implementing new programs and initiatives

What you need to be successful:

• bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Humana Resource Management, Sociology or Psychology

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources

• HR experience within IT / Banking industry would be advantageous

• advanced level of written and spoken English

• strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment

• exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

• experience working in HRIS or HCM systems is strongly preferred

• ability to work independently and take on increasing responsibilities over time

• strict adherence to confidentiality and professionalism

• excellent written and verbal communication skills

• flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
