In which Eurofins team will I work? You will be part of the Training, Process & Analytics team (TP&A), within the Global Talent Acquisition team.

As Junior Power BI Specialist, you will:

Learn about the recruitment environment, understand its needs, and provide data-driven support.

Work on Power BI on a daily basis, creating end-to-end Power BI solutions (develop data flows, data sets, reports visuals), and implementing new features based on feedback from both the project manager and end users.

Propose initiatives and share your thoughts and ideas for improvements, analytics, and data visualisation, etc. Keep up with the latest BI features to improve and maintain our current dashboards.

Use your creativity to find solutions to data gateway and connection with SharePoint, data treatment, and the development of dashboards and analytics, always keeping in mind the needs of our end users.

Be the data gate keeper ensuring data integrity, reliability, and effective report validation, as well as developing and maintaining supporting technical documentation and back-end design.

Qualifications

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

Your profile combines analytical and problem-solving skills together with autonomy and a proactive attitude.

Education & Background: Preferentially you have a master’s degree in Data Science, Business or Engineering, with experience in developing Power BI reports as per the business requirements (minimum 6-12 months ideally).

Technical knowledge (IT): Microsoft PowerBI is a must (Power BI Desktop, Power Query, Gateway…). Knowledge in SQL (nice to have) , Azure Cloud and Python Knowledge are considered a plus.

Languages: English proficiency is a must as it will be your main language of communication.
