Business Development Manager - Western Europe
The FERRO Group is one of the largest producers and distributors of sanitary and installation fittings and a leading supplier of comprehensive systems in the segment of modern heat source management with over 30 years of experience in the industry on international markets.
The group is among the largest providers of solutions in the segment of managing economic water consumption and ecological heat sources in Central Europe. FERRO operates mainly in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary and Lithuania.
We are looking for:
Business Development Manager - Western Europe
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Ferro Group’s business plan and long-term strategy for Western Europe.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, customers, products, and growth areas.
Build and manage long-term relationships with new and existing customers, providing commercial, technical, and logistic support.
Cooperate closely with local customers and partners to grow sales and market presence.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; prepare market and sales reports.
Negotiate and prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal and internal guidelines.
Coordinate promotional activities with the Marketing Department.
Monitor payment reliability, credit limits, discount policies, and support debt collection for assigned customers.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of senior-level experience in sales and client management within sanitary, ceramics, or HVAC industries;
Proven success in sales development, new market entry, and product launches;
Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial rules, and technical aspects of the industry;
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills;
Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach;
Very good organizational and planning skills;
Fluent English (B2/C1); additional European language (French, German, or Dutch) is an asset;
Category B driving license.
