    We are looking for a person to our Sales Team who will support the team in the position:

    Currently, we are looking for a person to our Sales Team to join us as a:


    Key Account Manager (GCP) 


    Your responsibilities will include:

    • providing project support to existing FOTC customers at the highest level within Google Cloud Platform such as project quotation, coordination of a teams that are responsible for project implementation
    • proactively approach clients and propose various services from our portfolio by cross-selling activities,
    • helping customers to take full advantage of premium functionalities and expand the range of services they use by upsales activities,
    • Supporting existing FOTC customers in terms of technical development in Google Cloud area, Including project valuation, coordination of teams implementing the project and formal issues related to the project.
    • supporting companies digitalization and Cloud transformation
    • contract renewals,
    • close cooperation with the technical support department,

    Requirements:

    • experience in a similar position (Customer Success role, Account Manager, Project Management etc.),
    • English language on a very good level (C1+) and Polish on native level,
    • independence in carrying out entrusted tasks and the ability to analyze customer needs,
    • experience in conducting business meetings and negotiations with C-level management,
    • Interest in the technology, especially cloud solutions 
    • experience in sales of customized IT products  (e-commerce, or cloud solutions)


    We offer:

    • permanent cooperation (based on B2B type of contract),
    • Work from Wrocław/Warsaw or Cracow (we would like to meet from time to time)  
    • monthly base salary between 9000 and 12000 PLN on the invoice plus quarterly performance-related bonus
    • flexible working time within business hours 8am- 6pm,
    • anonymous helpline providing psychological support,
    • co-financing the costs of Luxmed and Multisport card,
    • cooperation with Google Partner.
